Refunds

We sure hope you would never wish to return your FuzzyFriend or any of our products. But we understand sometimes things do sometimes go wrong. So here is all your need to know about our refunds or returns policy.

Should you wish to request a Refund, Exchange or Repair this must be done within 30 days. After this time we are unable to offer any Refunds, Repairs or Exchanges.

We require video or photographic proof of damaged or faulty goods. We may offer to repair FuzzyFriends as opposed to exchanging.

Free gifts or any service you have not paid for (Birth certificates, stuffing filling etc.) is not accepted as a ground to return your order.

You can only request a return, repair, or exchange of goods if you had been the original person to place the order. Should you have received the item as a gift please contact the gift giver.

Any rewards earned through purchases will be forfeited if a return is given.

Any item you wish to Return, Exchange or have Repaired must be in its original condition with all tags, labels and packaging.

We do not offer refunds on goods should you change your mind.

Any refund given can take up to 28 Days.

Should we offer to repair or exchange any goods we may ask you to pay for postage.

Postage is non-refundable.

Should we issue a refund we will offer the refund for the value to which you paid for said item.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
