How long is delivery?

Delivery is usually between 4-5 working days. If you have NOT received your order within 10 WORKING DAYS, please do contact us as there may have been an issue with the postal service. We do receive the address details from the details on the order – please ensure these details are correct at the time of purchase as we cannot always change the address once it has been fulfilled.

How do I reset my password?

Click the my account tab and then forgot password. We will email you with a new password.

Does my FuzzyFriend come stuffed & dressed?

We stuff all Fuzzy Friends before delivery. We also dress all FuzzyFriends but should you wish to dress your friends yourself just let us know at the checkout!

Record a sound for my Fuzzy Friend?

If you have chosen to add a record a sound for your Fuzzy Friend we will email you requesting the voice message. Or if you ordered the sound separately you can upload your sound directly to our website. NOTE we receive the right to reject voice messages without reason.
